Here I will Show you about 3ds max 3d streak comet effect studio tutorial.
I have used following techniques in this 3ds max tutorial.
How to create a streak comet effect with the help Streak effect.

[1]-First of all click on the Geometry > Standard Primitives > Geo sphere and use the following setting
Create a Geo sphere like this in the top view

[2]-Then click on the Light > Standard > Direct Target Light
Now set the light like this in the front view

[3]-Open the Direct Target Light parameter and use the following setting

[4]-Now open the Atmosphere & Effect Palette then click on the (Add) button
And select the Volume light

[5]-Open the Volume light parameter and use the following setting

[6]-Again click on the (Add) button and select the lens Effect

[7]-Open the lens Effect parameter and use the following Setting

[8]-Now select the Streak and use the following Setting

[9]-Click on the Geometry > Particle system > P Array

[10]-Open the P Array parameter and use the following setting image as shown below

[11]-After use the following setting Press (F9) you will see the final image is ready
Save the file in your folder
