Hello guys I will show how create a 3dsmax 3d beach life guard station model tutorial.
I have used following techniques shown below in this 3ds max tutorial.

[1]-Start 3dsmax and choose “Box” with the following size as shown below   
     Create four boxes in the top view port

[2]-Create more boxes and set like this

[3]-Choose the rectangle and use the following setting

[4]-Set the rectangle like this

[5]-Create one more box and set like this

[6]-Use the following setting now create line like this in the top view port

[7]-Create box and convert into the editable poly now select the vertex mode and drag the vertexes like this

[8]-Create another box and Boolean it

[9]-Your object should like this
     Create door with the help of box

[10]-Create another rectangle and now Boolean it

[11]-Your object should like this

[12]-This is material palette and creates something material like me

[13]-Set the skylight like this with the following parameter as shown below

[14]-This is my final result
