Here I will teach you about 3dsmax 3dmodel cool outline effect studio tutorial.
I have used following techniques in this 3ds max tutorial.
How to create a cool outline effect on the text

[1]-First of all you will press (ctrl+N) now you will see the new window is open
Click on the Geometry > Standard primitives > Plane and use the following setting set the
Plane like this perspective view image as shown below

[2]-Now click on the Shape > Spline > Text and use the following setting Write (C) in the Front view
And applying the Extrude Modifier use the following setting

[3]-Now your text should be like this in the Front view image as shown below

[4]-click on the Shape > Spline > Text and Write (C) in the Front view open the rendering parameter
Use the following setting set like this image as shown below

[5]-Write (N) in the Front view and applying the Extrude Modifier use the following setting
Set like this image as shown below

[6]-Write (N) in the Front view open the rendering parameter use the following setting set like this image as shown below

[7]-Now your both text should be like this in the Front view image as shown below

[8]-Now press (M) and you will see the material window is open
I can make two materials in the first material select the Light blue color and give some shining
In the second material just select the White color and also give some shining
And assign to the given object image as shown below

[9]-Now add lights as you like press (F9) and you will see the final image is ready
Save the file in your folder
