Here I will teach you about 3ds max 3d model wall clock studio tutorial.
I have used following techniques in this 3ds max tutorial.
Spline Modeling

[1]-First of all you will press (ctrl +N) now you will see the new window is open
Click on the Geometry > Standard primitives > Box and use the following setting set the
Box like this perspective view image as shown below

[2]-Now click on the Shape > Spline > Circle and use the following setting
And applying the Bevel Modifier then set the circle like this in the top view

[3]-Now again create a circle and applying extrude modifier and set the circle like this
in the front view

[4]-Applying the Mesh Smooth Modifier on the first circle
Now circle should like this in the front view

[5]-Now click on the Shape > Spline > Line and create a line in the front view
And applying the Extrude modifier then set the line like this in the top view

[6]-Select the Line hold Shift key and Drag it and release you will see the clone palette is open
Then use the following setting now set the Line like this in the front view
Now pick the (select & Uniform Scale) button after adjust the size your line should like this

[7]-Now click on the Shape > Spline > Rectangle and create a Rectangle in the front view
And applying the Extrude modifier then set the line like this in the front view

[8]-Click on the Geometry > Standard primitives > cylinder and use the following
Now set the cylinder like this in the top view

[9]-Now click on the Shape > Spline > Text use the following setting
And applying the Bevel modifier now set the text like this in the front view

[10]-Now set the all text like this in the front view

[11]-Press (M) you will see the material window is open
I can make a two material in a first material just pick the color and give some shinning
In a second material you can import a map like this

[12]-Now add some light Press (F9) you will see the final image is ready save the file in your folder
