Here I will tell you about 3dsmax 3d model fork studio tutorial.
I have used following techniques in this 3ds max tutorial.
Edit poly modifier modeling.
[1]-First of all you will press (ctrl +N) now you will see the new window is open
Click on the Geometry > Standard primitives > Plane and use the following setting
Create a plane in the top view and set like this

[2]-Click on the Geometry > Standard primitives > Box and use the following setting
Create a Cylinder in the top view and set like this in the left view

[3]-Now Apply Edit poly Modifier
Select the Vertex mode in the Edit poly Modifier

[4]-Now make a selection like this

[5]-Now set the vertex’s like this

[6]-Make a selection like this and pick the Select & Uniform Scale tool in the main tool bar
Drag the vertex like this

[7]-Make a selection like this the and again drag the vertex’s like this

[8]-Now this time select the polygon mode in the edit poly modifier
And make a selection like this and click on the Bevel button
You will see the Bevel window is open use the following setting

[9]-Then pick the Select & Uniform Scale tool in the main tool bar
Drag the selection like this in the front view

[10]-Your object should like in the top and left respectively

[11]-Now applying the Mesh Smooth Modifier and use the following setting

[12]-Use the following setting make a material like and assign to the fork

[13]-After assign to the object (F9) you will see the final image ready save the file in your folder
