Here, i will show you how to make a 3dmodel spinner max studio tutorial in 3D Max

[1]Firstly,create a plane i the top view port.

[2]Now,go to the SHAPES>line,draw a figure like this in the front view port.

[3]Go to the modifier pannel select LATHE modifier and apply it on the line.

[4]Afterthat,pick SHELL modifier and apply.

[5]Again,select TURBO SMOOTH modifier and apply.

[6]Create a cylinder in the front view port.

[7]Place the cylinder in the center of the spinner wheel like this.

[8]Select the plane press M and adjust the parameters as shown in the iamge

[9]Now,select the cylinder as black in multi layers options and adjust the parameters,then apply it.

[10]Select the spinner wheel add a bitmap like this and change multi layers settings as shown below.
