I have used following techniques shown below in this 3ds max tutorial.

[1]-Start 3dsmax and choose "Rectangle" with the following size as shown below   
     Create rectangle in the top view port

[2]-Select the rectangle and convert into the editable spline now select the segment and deleted now 

[3]-Select the corner vertexes and apply the fillet with the good following amount as shown below

[4]-Again select the vertexes and drag like this

[5]-After all create rectangle like this now open the rendering palette select the enable in rendering and enable in view port options
     Then select the rectangle mode and use the following setting as shown below

[6]-Your rectangle should like this

[7]-Select the rectangle and convert into the editable poly and select the polygons

[8]-Switch to the slice plane now set the slice plane like this in the top view port
     Then click on the slice button

[9]-Your object should like this

[10]-Create one more copy and place like me

[11]-Create rectangle and open the rendering palette now use the below setting

[12]-When use the above setting now create multiples rectangle like this

[1]-Start 3dsmax and choose "Line" and open the rendering palette
     Now use the following setting then create shape like me

[2]-Create one more copy and place like me

[3]-Now click on the attach button and attach the both spline like this

[4]-Select the both un join vertexes and now switch to the fuse> connect> weld

[5]-Now you will see the both vertexes are joined

[6]-Now your object should like this

[7]-Create chamfer box and apply the FFD 3×3x3 now select the control point
     Drag like this
