Hello friends I will show how create a 3dsmax 3d chair model tutorial.
I have used following techniques shown below in this 3ds max tutorial.

[1]-Choose the box and create box with the following size
     Place like me

[2-Create three more copy and place like me

[3]-Choose line and create shape with the help of line tool like me
     

[4]-Apply the extrude modifier with the amount of 6.0

[5]-Place like me

[7]-Select the box and convert into the editable poly now select the overtaxes and drag like me

[9]-Again create shape and apply the extrude modifier with the amount of 6.0

[11]-Create another rectangle and apply the extrude modifier with the amount of 6.0
       Place like me

[12]-Switch to the Boolean and boolean the object like me

[13]-Create three line and place like me

[14]-Create more boxes and place like me

[15]-Merge the cushion and place like me

[16]-This is materials palette and create materials like me

[17]-Set the skylight like this with the following parameters
