[12]-Now erase the some parts with the help of ‘Erase Tool’ & after that Open New Layer & create the following selection with the help of ‘Elliptical Marquee Tool’

[13]-Now fill the selection with ‘000000′ color & then go to Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur & use the some features like this below
