Today I will teach you about How we can Create Photoshop Apple Rotten Effect

[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size,Height & Width 315×350 pixels,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now Open any other image of Apple with the help of Ctrl+O & adjust in First Document with the help of Move Tool

[3]-Now make the Duplicate Layer with the help of Ctrl+J & after that create the following selection with the help of Magic
Wand Tool & press Ctrl+Shift+I & then press DELETE

[4]-Now your Layer Pallete should look like as shown below

[5]-Now go to Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur & use the following settings
