[2] Select the Rectangular Marquee Tool create a shape, fill that layer with Black.

[6] Create a shape with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool then hit the Delete key.
[7] Creating more shape and hit the delete key.
[8] Now select the 1st shape layer then right click to select the “Copy Layer Style” after that select the 2nd shape layer right click to “Paste Layer Styles”.
[9] select the 1st shape layer then create a new layer take the Elliptical Marquee Tool create a shape like me.
[10] Take the Rectangular Marquee Tool create a shape like this and hit the Delete key.
[11] And this layer also paste layer sytle.
[12] Create a shape with Rounded Rectangle Tool.
[13] Add the following layer sytles.
[14] This is my result.
[15] Create a shape with Recangle Tool.
[16] Add the following layer styles.
[17] Create a shape with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool and fill that layer with White color.
[18] Duplicate a few time.
[19] Create a shape with the help of Ellipse Tool.
[20] After that add the following layer styles.
[21] Create another shape with Ellipse Tool.
[22] Now add the following layer styles.
[23] This is my result.
[24] Create a small circle with Ellipse Tool.
[25] Add the following layer styles.
[26] This is my final result.
