Hi Guys! Today I am telling you about How to Create Photoshop Certified Seal Logo Stock Photo

[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom Size,Height & Width 500×500 pxl,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now set the 6 pxl Brush Tool,Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Ellipse Tool’ right click select ‘Stroke Path’

[3]-In Stroke Path select ‘Brush’ & then ok & like this create the others with different size of brush

[4]-Now like this create the others & your image should look like as shown below

[5]-Now create the following selection with the help of ‘Rectangular Marquee Tool’ & then press DELETE

[6]-Now select ‘Text Tool’ & create the any Text

[7]-Now create the following Text with the help of Text Tool & then select & after that go to Layer>Type>Warp Text

[8]-Now like this create the others & inverse the Warp Text settings

[9]-Now right click on Text Layer & select ‘Rasterize Type’ & after that merge the all layers with the help of Ctrl+E

[10]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Rectangular Marquee Tool’

[11]-Now fill the selection with any color & then go to Filter>Noise>Add Noise & use the following settings

[12]-Now increase the size with the help of Ctrl+T & then press ENTER

[13]-Now go Channel & press Ctrl+click on following thumbnail

[14]-Now go to Layer & Hide the following layer with the help of remove the eye which is indicating by hand sign

[15]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[16]-Now press DELETE
