Here I will teach you about How to Create Photoshop Cloning Photo Effect

[1]-First of all Open any image with the help of Ctrl+O as I did take following image

[2]-Now create the following shape with the help of Pen Tool right click select Make Selection

[3]-Now use the following settings in Make Selection

[4]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[5]-Now make the 2 Duplicate Layers with the help of 2 times,Press Ctrl+J & then adjust with the help of Move Tool like
as shown below

[6]-Now reduce the Opacity of Duplicate Layers

[7]-Now select Erase Tool & remove the some Parts like as shown below

[8]-Now Full the Opacity of Duplicate Layers like as shown below

[9]-Now your image should look like as shown below
