Today I am telling you about How to create Photoshop Dark Night Effect

[1]-First of all Open any image with the help of Ctrl+O as I have choosed following image

[2]-Now make the Duplicate Layer with the help of Ctrl+J & then select Gradient Tool & use the following Gradient

[3]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the Gradient with Top Corner To Bottom & your image should look like as shown below

[4]-Now go to Filter>Artistic>Frescon & use the following settings

[5]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[6]-Now Blending Mode of this Layer should ‘Linear Burn’& reduce the Opacity also

[7]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[8]-Now make the Duplicate Layer of Original Layer with the help of Ctrl+J & this Layer should above all Layers

[9]-Now go to filter>Blur>Radial Blur & use the following settings

[10]-Now press Ctrl+L & use the following settings

[11]-Now your image should look like below this

[12]-Now Blending Mode of this Layer should ‘Color Burn’
