[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom Size, Height & Width 300 x 300 pixels,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color
[2] create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ & then open New Layer right click, select Make selection now fill that layer with #ca231b.
[3] Add the following layer styles.

[5] Create a new shape with the help of Pen Tool.
[6] Then open New Layer right click, select Make selection now fill that layer with #ca231b.
[7] Add the following layer styles.
[8] Select the Ellipse Tool create a small circle like this.
[9] For this shape add the following layer styles.
[10] Now Drag the layer above the background layer.
[11] Take the Pen Tool create a shape like this.
[12] Now set the Foreground color.
[13] Take the Brush Tool apply the following settings.
[14] Take the Pen Tool then right click, select Stroke Path apply the following settings.
[15] This is my result.
[16] Now change the Blending Mode to Hard Light.
[17] Duplicate the layer press cntl+t, select the Flip Horizontal.
