[4] Create a new layer and now fill that layer with #959394.
[5] Add the following layer styles.
[6] Create a new shape with the help of Polygonal Lasso Tool, fill that layer with Black color.
[7] Add the following layer styles.
[8] Take the Pen Tool apply the following settings.
[9] Draw a line like shown image below.
[10] Create a new shape with the help of Polygonal Lasso Tool, fill that layer with white color.
[11] For this shape add the following layer styles.
[12] Create a new shape with the help of Polygonal Lasso Tool, fill that layer with black color.
[13] For this shape add the following layer styles.
[14] Duplicate the shape layer.
[15] Create a new shape with the help of Polygonal Lasso Tool, fill that layer with black color.
[16] For this shape add the following layer styles.
[17] Take the Pencil Tool use these settings.
[18] Draw a shape like this.
[19] Done!!! This is my final out put.
