[7] Go to Edit > Transform > Perspective,, Now move the points so they look like this.

[8] Take the Dodge Tool apply the following settings.

[9] Create the following shading with the help of ‘Dodge Tool’.

[10] Change the Blending Mode Lighten and set the Opacity.

[11] Now create the following selection with the help of Pen Tool.

[12] Then fill that layer with #82bec8.

[13] For this add the following layer styles.

[14] Select the Brush Tool apply the following settings.

[15] Set the Foreground Color.

[16] Draw a line like this.

[17] After that add the following layer styles.

[18] Duplicate a few time move the line like me with move tool.

[19] Select the Elliptical Marquee Tool create a shape fill that layer with black.

[20] Take the Rectangular Marquee Tool create a shape like this and hit the delete key.

[21] For this shape add the following layer styles.

[22] Create a shape with the help of Rectangle Tool.

[23] Go to Edit > Transform > Perspective, Now move the points so they look like this.

[24] For this shape add the following layer styles.

[25] Now create the following selection with the help of Pen Tool, then fill that layer with Black.

[26] Add the following layer styles.

[27] Create a new shape with Rectangle Tool.

[28] Add the following layer styles.
