[20] Take the Move Tool move the shape like me.
[21] Create a more shape with the help of Rounded Rectangle Tool.
[22] For all shapes add the following layer styles.
[23] Create a shape with the help of Rounded Rectangle Tool.
[24] Create another shape with Rounded Rectangle Tool.
[25] Go to Edit > Transform > Perspective, Now move the points so they look like this.
[26] Now create a shape with the help of Ellipse Tool the color is #373735.
[27] Create a small shape with the help of Ellipse Tool.
[28] For this shape add the following layer styles.

[30] Take the Gradient Tool use these settings.
[31] Cntl+Click the second shape layer to make a selection, create a new layer fill the selection with the help of Gradient Tool.
[32] Change the Blending Mode to Soft Light.
