Today I will teach you about How to Create Photoshop Festival Celebration Logo

[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size,Height & Width 400×500 pixels,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool

[3]-Now fill the selection with any color & then create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool

[4]-Now fill the selection with ‘fc6104′color & then go to Blending Options,select Stroke Structure & use the following
settings

[5]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool

[6]-Now fill the selection with ‘fffffa’color & then create the following shape with the help of Pen Tool,right click select
Make Selection

[7]-Now use the following settings in Make Selection

[8]-Now fill the selection with ‘fffffa’color & your image should look like as shown below

[9]-Now select Brush Tool & use the following Brush Now create the hair with the help of Brush Tool
& then create the following shape with the help of Pen Tool,right click select Stroke Path

[10]-In Stroke Path select ‘Brush’ & then Ok & after that create the following selection with the help of Pen Tool & then
fill with ‘fffffa’color

[11]-Now use the following Brush & settings

[12]-Now Open New Layer & then create the stars with the help of Brush Tool

[13]-Now select Text Tool & then create the following Text & after that create the following shape with
the help of Ellipse Tool & then select Text Tool click on Elliptical Shape

[14]-Now create the following Text with the help of Text Tool like as shown below

[15]-Now all Layers put in the Group Folder with the help of Click on following Button which is indicating by Hand sign

[16]-Now right click on Group Layer & select Duplicate Group Layer & then reduce the Opacity of this Duplicate Group Layer
& then adjust with the help of Move Tool
