[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size,Height & Width 500×350 pixels,resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color
[2]-Now fill the Background with any color & then create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool
[3]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with ‘00a8ec’color & then go to Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur & use the following
settings
[4]-Now your image should look like this below
[5]-Now go to Blending Options,select Inner Shadow & use the following settings

[6]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool
[7]-Now fill the selection with ‘003f92′color & then go to Blending Options,select Inner Shadow & use the following settings

[8]-Now your image should look like as shown below & after that Open New Layer & create the following selection with the help
of Elliptical Marquee Tool
[9]-Now fill the selection with ‘00aaee’color & then go to Blending Options,select Inner Shadow & use the following settings

[10]-Now select Stroke Stucture & use the following settings

[11]-Now your image should look like as shown below & then create the following selection with the help of Rectangular Marquee
Tool
[12]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with ‘0072bc’ color & then select ‘Dodge Tool’
& Highlight

[13]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool
[14]-Now fill the selection with any color & then go to Blending Options,select Drop Shadow & use the following settings

[16]-Now your image should look like this below & then create Open New Layer & create the following selection with the help of
Rectangular Marquee Tool
[17]-Now fill the selection with ‘0072bc’ color & then Highlight the some parts with the help of ‘Dodge Tool’ & then
create the following selection with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool
[18]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with any color & then go to Blending Options,select Drop Shadow & use the
following settings
[19]-Now select Pattern Overlay & use the following settings

[21]-Now fill the selection with ‘fffffa’color & then Open New Layer & create the following selection with the help of
Rectangular Marquee Tool
[22]-Now fill the selection with ‘fffffa’color & after that go to Blending Options,select Stroke Structure & use the following
settings

[24]-Now set the 2 pxl Brush
& then Open New Layer & select ‘306fc4′color in Forground & then create the
following shape with the help of Pen Tool,right click select Stroke Path
[25]-Now select ‘Brush’ Tool in Stroke Path
[26]-Now like this create the other shape with the help of Pen Tool,right click select Stroke Path
[27]-In stroke Path select “Brush” & then Ok,like this create the following shape with the help of Pen Tool
[28]-Now select Text Tool
& create the following Text
[29]-Now select Text Layer & then go to Blending Options,select Drop Shadow & use the following settings
