Here I am telling you abou How to Create Photoshop Night Light Reflection Effect

[1]-First of all Open any Image with the help of Ctrl+O as I have choosed following one

[2]-Now make the Duplicate Layers with the help of Ctrl+J & then go to Image>Adjustments>Levels [press Ctrl+L] & then
use the following settings

[3]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[4]-Now select Brush Tool & use the following Brush

[5]-Now Open New Layer,select ‘6ccdf4′color in Forground & then create the following Shape with the help of Brush Tool

[6]-Now Blending Mode of this Layer should ‘Overlay’

[7]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[8]-Now make the Duplicate Layer with the help of Ctrl+J & then adjust with the help of Move Tool & your image should
look like as shown below
