Today I am telling you about How to Create Photoshop Portable Meter Icon

[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size,Height & Width 400×450 pixels,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool

[3]-Now fill the selection with ‘cf191c’ color & then create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool

[4]-Now select ‘Burn Tool’ & create the following shading like as shown below

[5]-Now create the following selection & then press Ctrl+Shift+I & create the following shading with the help of Burn Tool

[6]-Now go to Blending Options,select Inner Shadow & use the following settings

[18]-Now fill the selection with ‘636363′color & then reduce the Opacity of this Layer like as shown below

[20]-Now fill the selection with ‘a3a5a2′ color & then create the following selection with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool

[21]-Now go to Blending Options,select Drop Shadow & use the following settings

[22]-Now set the 1 pxl Brush & then Open New Layer & create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select
Stroke Path

[25]-Now select Text Tool & create the following Text

[26]-Now select Text Layer & reduce the Opacity of this Layer like as shown below

[27]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of Lasso Tool

[28]-Now fill the selection with ‘000000′ color & then select Erase Tool & use the following Brush

[29]-Now remove the some parts with the help of Erase Tool & your image should look like as shown below & after that reduce
the Opacity of this Layer
