[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels, 400 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
[2] Take the Rectangle Tool create a shape.
[3] Take the shape tool select this one.
[4] Create a shape and hit the delete key.
[5] Use the same thing with bottom of shape like me.
[6] Take the Rounded Rectangle Tool create a shape.
[7] After that select both shape layer, press Cntl+T, Free Transform rotate your shapes like me.
[8] Now select the first shape layer, then add the following layer styles.
[9] This is my result.
[10] After that select the second shape layer, then add the following layer styles.
[11] This is my result.
[12] Take the Shape Tool select this one.
[13] Create a shape color is light yellow.
[14] Then change the Blending Mode to Screen.
[15] This is my result.
[16] Now create a few shape the color is red.
[17] Then change the Blending Mode to Overlay.
[18] This is my result.
[19] Take the Rounded Rectangle Tool create a shape, the color is yellow.
[20] Take the text tool create some text.
[21] This is my final result.
