Today I am telling you about How we can Create Photoshop Scissor Icon

[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size,Height & Width 300×400 pixels,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now fill the Background with any color & then Open New Layer & create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
right click select Make Selection

[3]-Now use the following settings in Make Selection

[4]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[5]-Now fill the selection ‘e5eaef’ color & then create the following selection with the help of Pen Tool

[6]-Now select Burn Tool & create the following shading like as shown below

[7]-Now create the following selection with the help of Pen Tool & then create the shading like below this

[8]-Now create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool & then create the shading with the help of
Burn Tool

[9]-Now go to Blending Options,select Drop Shadow & use the following shading

[10]-Now create the following shading with the help of Burn Tool & your image should look like as shown below

[11]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool

[12]-Now fill the selection with ‘e5eaef’color & then go to Blending Options,select Drop Shadow & use the following settings

[13]-NOw create the some shading with the help of Burn Tool & your image should look like this below

[14]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select Make Selection

[15]-In Make Selection ‘Feather Radius’ should ‘0′ pixels,tick on New Selection & then OK. Your image should look like below

[16]-Now fill the selection with ‘2f2f2f’color & then create the following selection with the help of Pen Tool & then press
DELETE

[17]-Now go to Blending Options,select Drop Shadow & use the following settings

[18]-Now select “Dodge Tool” & Highlight the some parts like as shown below

[19]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of Pen Tool

[20]-Now fill the selection with ‘2f2f2f’ color & then create the following selection with the help of with the help of Pen
Tool & then press DELETE

[21]-Now go to Blending Options,select Drop Shadow & use the following settings

[22]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[23]-Now Open New Layer [this Layer should below all Layers] & then create the following selection with the help of Lasso Tool

[24]-Now fill the selection with ‘e5eaef’color & after that select ‘b1b2b7′color in Forground & then select 1 pxl ‘Brush’ &
Open New Layer & create the following shape with the help of Pen Tool,right click select Stroke Path

[25]-Now use the following settings in Stroke Path

[26]-Like this create the others & then select Background Layer & create the some shading with the help of Burn Tool,

Now select scissor handle layer & then go to Blending Options,select Color Overlay & fill the ‘ffa200′ color & Blending Mode of Color Overlay should ‘Linear Light’ [Photoshop Technique-by this technique u can change color]
