Today I am telling you about How to Create Photoshop Skyline Light Effect

[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size,Height & width 300×500 pixels,resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now fill the Background with ‘0d004c’color & then select Dodge Tool & create the following Glowness with
the help of Dodge Tool

[3]-Now create the Skylight with the help of Dodge Tool & your image should look like as shown below

[4]-Now Open any other image of Buildings with the help of Ctrl+O as I have used following one adjust in First Document with
the help of Move Tool

[5]-Now Open New Layer & then fill with ‘fffffa’color & then go to Filter>Render>Lighting & use the following settings

[6]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[7]-Now Blending Mode of this Layer should ‘Linear Light’

[8]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[9]-Now select Text Tool & then create any TexT
