[8] Create another shape with Ellipse Tool.
[9] Add the following layer styles.
[10] Take the Elliptical Marquee Tool apply these settings.
[11] Cntl+Click the previous shape layer to make a selection, then create a shape like me.
[12] Now create a new layer make sure your forground is set to white Now select the gradient tool and set it to Foreground to Transparant and drag it from top to bottom.
[13] Now Duplicate the both circle shape layer, Hit CTRL-T and choose Free Transform to minimize your shape like me.
[14] Duplicate these shapes as many times you want and place it like me.
[15] Take the Text Tool write your text, This is my final output.
