[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom Size, Height & Width 400 x 400 pixels,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color
[2] Select Rectangle Tool creaete a shape.
[3] Enable add to shape area from the top bar. Create an ellipse using elliptical shape tool.
[4] Create a rectangle on the top using rectangular shape tool. Press Ctrl+T. Right Click and select Warp. Adjust the nodes to get the shape as shown.
[5] Add the following layer styles.
[6] Create an ellipse using elliptical shape tool.
[7] Add the following layer styles.
[8] Take the Elliptical Marquee Tool use these settings.
[9] Cntl+Click the shape layer to make a selection then create a shape like me.
[10] Take Gradient Tool use the settings.
[11] Go to Select>Modify>Contract Selection 1 px.
[12] Now make a new layer fill the selection with Gradient Tool.
[13] Take the Elliptical Marquee Tool use these settings.
[14] Cntl+Click the shape layer to make a selection then create a shape like me.
[15] Go to Select>Modify>Contract Selection 2 px.
[16] Now make a new layer fill layer with white.
[17] Add the following layer styles.
[18] Create a rounded rectangle using rounded rectangle shape tool. Press Ctrl+T. Right Click and select Perspective. Adjust the nodes to get the shape as shown.
[19] Enable “subtract from shape area” at the top bar. Create a circle using elliptical shape tool to create a hole in it.
[20] Press Ctrl+T. Right Click and select distort. Adjust the nodes to give it a 3D perspective look.
[21] Add the following layer styles.
[22] I have add a cocacola banner.
[23] Create a circle using elliptical shape tool.
[24] Add the following layer styles.
[25] Now drag the layer above the background layer.
[26] Done!!!
