[15] For this shape apply the following layer styles.
[16] Take the Rounded Rectangle Tool apply these settings.
[17] Create a shape like this.
[18] For this shape add the following layer styles.

[20] Now take the Pen Tool create a shape like this.
[21] Right Clicking in the selection you have made and go to “Make Selection…” create a new layer fill that layer with #6c5a36.
[22] For this shape add the following layer styles.
