[12] Take the Rounded Rectangle Tool use these settings.
[13] Create a shape, Hit CTRL-T and choose Warp apply the following settings.
[14] Hit CTRL-T and choose free Transform to rotate your shape.
[15] Right Clicking in the selection you have made and go to “Make Selection…”
[16] We need to use the gradient.
[17] Click and drag the gradient from the bottom of your shape.
[18] Now set the Opacity 60%.
[19] Select the Elliptical Marquee Tool and create a circle. Now fill that layer with the help of Gradient Tool.
[20] Select the Elliptical Marquee Tool and create a small circle. Now fill that layer with the help of Gradient Tool.
[21] Select the Elliptical Marquee Tool and create a circle, Feather the selection use these settings.
[22] Make a new layer fill that layer with black, drag the layer above the background.
[23] Create one more cirlce like this, Feather the selection use these values.
[24] Set the Foreground Color.
[25] Create a new layer and fill that layer.
