[13] Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown.
[14] Select the Elliptical Marquee Tool and create a circle. Now fill that layer with black.
[15] Add the following layer styles.
[16] Select the Elliptical Marquee Tool and create a circle. Now fill that layer with black.
[17] Select the Elliptical Marquee Tool and create a circle. Now fill that layer with black.
[18] Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown.
[19] Create another shape with the help of Ellptical Marquee Tool fill that layer with black.
[20] Go to Filter>Render>Lens Flare use the following settings.
[21] After that change the Blending Mode to Hard Light.
[22] Create a small shape with the help of Elliptical marquee Tool fill that layer with White.
[23] Change the Blending Mode to Soft Light.
[24] Create a small shape with the help of Elliptical marquee Tool fill that layer with black.
[25] Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown.
[26] Create a small shape with the help of Elliptical marquee Tool fill that layer with black.
[27] Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown.
[28] Create another shape with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool fill that layer with Black.
[29] Create a new shape with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool fill that layer with white.
[30] Add the following layer styles.
