[6] Create two shape with the help of Pen Tool fill both layer with black color.
[7] Take the "Brush Tool" set the brush size.
[8] Now create a new layer make sure your forground is set to Black. Now create ‘Stroke’ with the help of
‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Stroke Path’ now select ‘Brush’ click ok.
[9] Make the duplicate layer with the help of Cntl+J and place it like me.
[10] Create the new shape with the help of "Pen Tool" fill that layer with Black color.
[11] Adjust Blending Options for this layer.
[12] Create a new shape with the help of Pen Tool fill that layer with #3f3d3e.
[13] Take the "Dodge Tool" 
& then Highlight the following parts as shown below.
[14] Make the duplicate layer with the help of Cntl+J and place it like me.
[15] Create a new shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ fill that layer with black color.
[16] Adjust Blending Options for this layer.
[17] Create a steering wheel with the help of Pen Tool.
[18] Create a shape with the help of "Rounded Rectangle Shape Tool" then press Cntl+T,
right click select "Wrap" apply the following settings.
[19] Now fill that layer with white color.
[20] Adjust Blending Options for this layer.
[21] Make the duplicate layer with the help of Cntl+J and place it like me.
[22] Create two more shape with the help of "Rounded Rectangle Shape Tool" with same layer styles.
[23] Create a new shape with the help of Pen Tool fill that layer with #2d2d2d.
