[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom Size,Height & Width 500xx500 pxl,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now Open New Layer & then fill with any color & then go to Blending Options select Gradient Overlay & use the following settings

[3]-Now set the 5 pxl Brush Tool Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Stroke Path’

[4]-In Stroke Path select ‘Brush’ & then ok

[5]-Now create the following selection with the help of ‘Rectangular Marquee Tool’ & then press DELETE

[6]-Now go to Blending Options select Gradient Overlay & use the following settings
