[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom Size,Height & Width 500xx500 pxl,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’

[3]-Now fill the selection with ‘793724′ color & create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ & feather radius of this selection should 1 pxl

[4]-Now select ‘Burn Tool’    & create the following shading with inverse selection Ctrl+Shift+I & Like this highlight the some parts with the help of ‘Dodge Tool’
& your image should look like as shown below

[5]-Now set the 2 pxl Brurn Tool & create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Stroke Path’

[6]-In Stroke Path select ‘Burn’ & then ok & after that set the 2 pxl Dodge Tool & create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Stroke Path’

[7]-In Stroke Path select ‘Dodge’ & then ok  & after that select ‘Brush Tool’ & then press F5 & use the following Brush & Settings

[8]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Stroke Path’

[9]-In Stroke Path select ‘Brush’ & then ok & after that create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’

[10]-Now Open New Layer [this layer should below all layers ] & then fill the selection with same color & after that go to Blending Options  select Drop Shadow & use the following settings

[12]-Now create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn & Dodge Tool’ & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’

[13]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with same color & create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool’ & after that create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’

[14]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with ‘d6d7d7′ color & create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool’ & then  set the 1 pxl Brush Tool & create the following shape with the
help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Stroke Path’

[15]-In Stroke Path select ‘Brush’ & then ok & like this create the others

[16]-Now select ‘Text Tool’ & create the any Text
