[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom Size,Height & Width 500xx500 pxl,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now Open New Layer create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Make Selection’

[3]-In Make Selection ‘Feather Radius’ should 0 pxl,Tick on New Selection & then ok & your image should look like as shown below

[4]-Now fill the selection with ‘672414′ color & then select ‘Burn Tool’ & create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ & create the following shading with the
help of ‘Burn Tool’ with inverse selection Ctrl+Shift+I

[5]-Now select ‘Dodge Tool’ & Highlight the some parts like as shown below

[6]-Now create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ & Highlight the some parts with the help of ‘Dodge Tool’

[7]-Now go to Blending Options select Pattern Overlay & use the following settings

[8]-Now create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ feather radius of this selection should 2 pxl & create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool’

[9]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’

[10]-Now fill the selection with same color & create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ & create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn & Dodge Tool’ with inverse selection Ctrl+Shift+I

[11]-Now go to Blending Options select Pattern Overlay & use the following settings

[12]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’

[13]-Now fill the selection with same color & create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn & Dodge Tool’

[14]-Now select Brush Tool & press F5 & use the following Brush & settings

[15]-Now Open New Layer & create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Stroke Path’

[16]-In Stroke Path select ‘Brush’ & then ok & like this create the others

[17]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ & fill the selection with ‘000000′ color

[18]-Now select Text Tool & create the any Text & after that right click on ‘Text Layer’ & select ‘Rasterize Type’ & then create the following Transformation with
the help of Ctrl+T & then press ENTER
