[3] Adjust Blending Options for this layer.
[4] Take the "Dodge Tool" 
& then Highlight the following parts as shown below.
[5] Create a new shape with the help of "Elliptical Marquee Tool" fill that layer with #e5e5db.
[6] Adjust Blending Options for this layer.
[7] Now create the three shape with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool.
[8] Create a new shape with "Elliptical Marquee Tool" fill that layer with #6c6c6a.
[9] For this layer add the following layer styles.
[10] Take the Brush Tool with 2px now open a new layer then draw a line like me.
[11] Make the duplicate layer with the help of Cntl+J and place it like me.
