Hi Friends! Today I am telling you about How to Create Photoshop Website Template Stock Photo Wavy Flag

[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom Size,Height & Width 500xx500 pxl,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now fill the Background with ‘798dce’ color & then select ‘Burn Tool’ & create the following shading

[3]-Now select ‘Brush Tool’ & use the Clouds Brush & create the following Clouds with the help of ‘Brush Tool’ & after that create the following selection with the help
of ‘Pen Tool’

[4]-Now fill the selection with any color & then go to Blending Options  select Gradient Overlay & use the following settings

[5]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Rectangular Marquee Tool’

[6]-Now fill the selection with ‘ed0324′ color & then go to Blending Options select ‘Stroke Structure’ & use the following settings

[7]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Rectangular Marquee Tool’ with hold shift

[8]-Now fill the selection with ‘f3eeee’ color & then use the same Stroke Structure features as used in Step-6 & after that create the following selection with the help of ‘Rectangular Marquee Tool’

[9]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with ‘212b61′ color & use the same Stroke Structure features & create the some stars with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ & fill with ‘fffffa’ color

[10]-Now merge the all layers with the help of Ctrl+E & then go to Edit>Transform>Warp & create the like with the help of ur mouse & then press ENTER

[11]-Now select Brush Tool & use the following Brush & Settings

[12]-Now Open New Layer & create the following shape with the help of ‘Brush Tool’

[13]-Now Blending Mode of this Layer should ‘Color Dodge’

[14]-Now set the 1 pxl Brush Tool Open New Layer & create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Stroke Path’

[15]–In Stroke Path select ‘Burn’ & then ok & like this create the others
