Let’s see, how to create.

[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size, Height & Width 500×400 pixels, Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color.

[2]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Rounded Rectangle Tool’ & press right click > make selection.

[3]-Now fill the #’004260′ color in selection area.

[4]-Now select the ‘Dodge Tool’ & Highlight the some parts.

[5]-Now select the ‘Burn Tool’ & create the following shading.

[6]-Now go to Blending Options,& use the following settings

[7]-Now create shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ & press right click > make selection & fill with # ‘ 9a9697′ color
then highlight the some parts with the help of Dodge Tool.

[8]-Now create another shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ & press right click > make selection & fill with # ‘ 5cabbe’ color
then highlight the some parts with the help of Dodge Tool.

[9]-Similarly create the other shape.

[10]-Now select the ‘Brush Tool’& use the following setting.

[11]-Now create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ with color White right click select “Stroke Path” 
& use the following setting of stroke path.

[12]-Similarly create the other shape with the help of Stroke Path.

[13]-Now create shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ & press right click > make selection & fill with #’176080′ color.

[14]-Now go to Blending Options,& use the following settings

[15]-Now select the ‘Horyzontal Type Tool’ & write the Text.

[16]-Select the text layer >right click>Rasterize Type then Highlight the some parts with the help of Dodge Tool.

[17]-Now create shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ & press right click > make selection & fill with White color.

[18]-Now go to Blending Options,& use the following settings
