Hello guys I will show how create a 3dsmax 3d crown model tutorial.
I have used following techniques shown below in this 3ds max tutorial.

[1]-Start 3dsmax and choose “Tube” with the following size as shown below
     Create tube like this in the top view port

[2]-Select the tube and convert into the editable poly now select the polygon mode
     Select the polygons and apply the extrude polygon with the good amount of 10.0

[3]-Your object should like this

[4]-Select the vertex mode now select the vertexes

[5]-Pick the select and uniform scale tool and drag like this

[6]-Similarly drag the others like this

[7]-Select the edge mode and select the edges now apply the extrude edges with the good following amount as shown below

[8]-Apply the turbo smooth modifier with the amount of 3.0

[9]-Create six spheres like this

[10]-Select the object and apply the taper modifier and use the following setting

[11]-Open the material window and make material like me

[12]-This is my final result
