Today I am telling you about How to Create Photoshop Star Charms Icon

[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size,Height & Width 450×450 pixels,resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool

[3]-Now fill the selection with ‘1b1464′color & then select Dodge Tool & then Highlight the some parts like
as shown below

[4]-Now go to Blending Options,select Drop Shadow & use the following settings

[5]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of Polygonal Lasso Tool

[6]-Now fill the selection with any color & then go to Blending Options,select Drop Shadow & use the following settings

[7]-Now select Bevel & Emboss & use the following settings

[8]-Now select Contour Elements & use the following settings

[9]-Now select Stroke Structure & use the following settings

[10]-Now make the Duplicate Layer with the help of Ctrl+J & then rotate the following shape with the help of Ctrl+T & then
press ENTER

[11]-Now create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool & then press Delete [Dont remove the selection]

[12]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with ‘fffffa’color & then go to Blending Options,select Inner Shadow

[13]-Now select Stroke Structure & use the following settings

[14]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool

[15]-Now fill the selection with ‘322987′color & then create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool
& then press DELETE

[16]-Now go to Blending Options,select Drop Shadow & use the following settings

[17]-Now select Erase Tool & remove the some parts like as shown below

[18]-Now set the 2 px Brush & then Open New Layer & create the following shape with the help of Pen Tool,right click select
Stroke Path

[19]-Now use the following settings in Stroke Path

[20]-Now like this create the others your image should look like as shown below

[21]-Now create the following shape with the help of Ellipse Tool,right click select Stroke Path

[22]-In Stroke Path select Brush & then Ok & after that select Following Brush

[23]-Now Open New Layer & then create the followng Stars with the help of Brush

[24]-Now select Text Tool & then create any Text & give some Gradient & Stoke Effect
