[6] Duplicate the shape and press cntl+T, right click select Rotate your shape like me.
[7] Create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[8] Set the foreground color.
[9] Take the Brush Tool use these settings.
[10] Take the Pen Tool again right click to select Stroke Path use these settings.
[11] For this shape add the following layer styles.
[12] Create a shape with the help of Rectangle Tool.
[13] Add the following layer styles.
[14] Create a shape with the help of Ellipse Tool.
[15] For this shape add the following layer styles.
[16] Select and merge both layer, Duplicate the layer and place it as shown.
[17] Create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’.
[18] Set the Brush Size.
[19] Take the Pen Tool again right click to select Stroke Path use these settings.
[20] For this shape add the following layer styles.
[21] Create a shape with the help of Ellipse Tool.
[22] Add the following layer styles.
[23] Create another shape with the help of Ellipse Tool.
[24] For this shape add the following layer styles.
