[1] Take a new file of 600 pixels, 600 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
[2] Open a new layer fill that with #496eb2, then go to Filter>Render>Lighting Effect apply the following settings.
[3] Using the "Pen Tool" draw a shape as shown below right click
select the make selection and fill that layer with #07d409.
[4] Adjust Blending Options for this layer.
[5] Create a new layer [this layer should below previous layer] and then create a new shape
with the help of Pen Tool, fill that layer with #02f402.
[6] Give the same layer styles.
[7] Take the "Burn Tool" 
& then create the following Shading
with the help of Burn Tool.
[8] Take the "Brush Tool" set your brush size see in the next image.
[9] Now create a new layer make sure your forground is set to white. Now create ‘Stroke’ with the help of
‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Stroke Path’ now select ‘Brush’ click ok.
[10] Now like this create the others with above techniques.
[11] Now select all line layer then press Cntl+Shift+E, to Merge down layers.
Then change the Blending Mode to "Overlay".
[12] Now like this create the others with above techniques with different color.
