[6]-Now Open New Layer [ this layer should below previous layer ] & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’

[7]-Now fill the selection with same color & then create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool’ & after that create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’

[8]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with the same color & create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool’ & create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’

[9]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with the same color & create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ & create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool’ with
inverse selection Ctrl+Shift+I

[10]-Now select ‘Custom Shape Tool’ & use the following shape & settings

[11]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of Custom Shape Tool, select ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Make Selection’

[12]-In Make Selection ‘Feather Radius’ should 0 pxl,Tick on New Selection & then ok & your image should look like as shown below
