[1] Take a new file of 600 pixels, 600 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
[2] Now take the "Pen Tool" set your foreground color is #67c054 then create a shape as shown below.
[3] Adjust Blending Options for this layer.
[4] Create another shape with "Pen Tool" color is #b5de82.
[5] Then given the same layer styles.
[6] Create one more shape with the help of "Pen Tool" color is #44a234 & then give the same layer styles.
[7] Take the "Brush Tool" set your brush size see in the next image.
[8] Now create a new layer make sure your forground is set to #465864 Now create ‘Stroke’ with the help of
‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Stroke Path’ now select ‘Brush’ click ok.
[9] Now like this create the others with above techniques.
[10] Now Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Make Selection’
In Make Selection ‘feather radius’ should 0 pixels,Tick on New Selection & then ok & fill the selection with #c8bda9.
[11] Take the "Dodge Tool" 
& then Highlight the following parts as shown below.
[12] Adjust Blending Options for this layer.
[13] Now like this create the others with above techniques with same layer styles.
[14] Create a new shape with the help of "Ellipse Shape Tool" fill that layer with white color.
[15] And then give the same layer styles.
[16] Make the duplicate layer a few times with the help of Cntl+J and place it like me.
